Industry is evolving, and so are the jobs and skills it needs.

Yet some professions are still largely associated with men.

Today, women have a place in every area of industry, whatever the role: production, maintenance, quality, logistics, engineering, management, and more.

Today, the gender distribution at ACS is 51% women and 49% men.

From production operators in assembly, team leaders and quality inspectors to quality technicians and managers, CFO, management control and accounting, HR, metrology, methods engineering, logistics and warehouse operations, tooling, injection moulding setters and cutting machine setters… the list of positions held by women is extensive, covering both support functions and production activities.

Beyond technical roles that are open to women, we also want to give our female employees the opportunity to envision themselves in new positions and build their career paths within the company.

The diversity of roles, together with opportunities for internal mobility from one workshop to another or from production to support functions, offers numerous possibilities for cross-functional career development at ACS.
