Integrated into Alpes Connectique Services’ industrial process since 2009, plastic injection has continuously evolved and modernized within our company to become a major part of our expertise. Electric presses, advanced technical materials, and experienced technicians make our injection division a guarantee of impeccable quality.

State-of-the-Art Injection Division for Industrial Excellence

A key technology in our connector engineering expertise, our injection division is equipped with 9 fully automated electric presses with clamping forces ranging from 100 to 160 tonnes, complemented by 3 vertical presses of 22 and 25 tonnes dedicated to overmolding. The cavity-based sorting concept applied to each of our machines ensures flawless traceability. Equipped with an automated material distribution system, our injection workshop is continuously supplied.

We primarily use flame-retardant, fiber-reinforced technical resins such as PBT, PCT, and PPA, meeting the strictest requirements of the automotive industry.

Equipped with multi-cavity molds and injection capacities ranging from 0.5 to 20 grams, our injection division can meet the full spectrum of connector industry requirements. This capability allows us to address complex production challenges while maintaining robust, high-throughput processes that consistently deliver products meeting the strictest quality standards.
