The Assembly Workshop

The assembly process enables the mass production of finished connectors through the high-precision integration of plastic housings and stamped contacts. The assembly area is equipped with a fleet of approximately forty dedicated special-purpose assembly machines, capable of manufacturing connectors ranging from 2 to 85 ways at very high throughput rates. Each machine reflects combined expertise in mechanical design, automation, electrical integration, process tuning, and maintenance, ensuring robust, repeatable, and high-capability production.

Tailored Response to Customer Requirements

We design a dedicated special-purpose machine in-house for each connector in order to precisely meet our customers’ specific requirements. Our expertise in high-speed stamping and plastic injection molding is combined with full control of our assembly machines, which represents a major asset in the manufacture of quality products.
Our processes integrate several modules, including 100% production inspection, such as contact position verification, insertion depth verification, and short-circuit testing, in order to comply with our customers’ zero-PPM specifications.
