ACS is a human-sized, independent company with controlled growth and continuous development. Specializing in industrial connectors developed to customer specifications for various industrial sectors—mainly automotive, but also home automation, electronics, and telecommunications networks—ACS is today an integrated company covering R&D, automated production, and supply chain operations.

Reporting to the Production Manager of the Assembly Workshop, you will assist in management and production tasks for one of the four production teams.

 

In this role, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure and communicate compliance with quality, safety, and environmental procedures in line with company policy
  • Monitor training, cross-skilling, and adaptation of each team member to their workstation
  • Step in to produce when required, as requested by the Production Manager
  • Organize the team’s work: plan activities, set priorities, distribute workload, and allocate necessary resources in line with production objectives
  • Analyze performance and ensure continuous improvement of individual results
  • Integrate new team members
  • Ensure proper handover with upstream and downstream team leaders
  • Propose improvements and participate in action plans
  • Carry out corrective actions assigned within the framework of action plans

You have strong theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the following areas:

  • Daily organization of a production team
  • Ability to operate as an experienced production operator
  • Implementation of management tools

Ideally holding a technical diploma (Bac+2) or equivalent team leader certification (CQP), you have 2 to 5 years of confirmed experience in team management in an industrial environment.

  • Rigorous and able to adapt quality requirements according to production priorities
  • Good listening skills
  • Recognized for your ability to motivate a team to achieve production goals
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptable communication style
  • Working hours: 2-shift schedule (2×8) – 39 hours per week
  • Salary: €27,000 to €30,000 per year (based on 39h/week), depending on profile
