Reporting to the Production Manager of the Assembly Workshop, you will maintain the entire special machinery fleet and ensure optimal service levels in collaboration with the company’s various departments.

 

In this role, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on assembly workshop equipment, respecting customer priorities.
  • Identify recurring breakdowns and propose improvement solutions to maintenance and machine design teams.
  • Participate in improvement projects.
  • Program and carry out the reconstruction of sub-assemblies.
  • Manage stocks and procurement of critical spare parts.
  • Contribute to the writing of maintenance procedures and operating instructions (Level 1 and Level 2).
  • Train and raise awareness among production staff on preventive maintenance and best practices.
  • Ensure that all safety elements are compliant and fully operational at all times.
You have strong theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the following areas:
  • Precision mechanics
  • Electrical accessories and equipment
  • Pneumatic accessories and equipment
  • Automation
Professional profile:
  • Experienced professional with a vocational diploma (BAC) in Automated Systems Maintenance or Micromechanics.
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in industrial maintenance, ideally in the connectivity and automotive sectors.
  • Rigorous, curious, and genuinely interested in technical aspects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Recognized for anticipation, initiative, and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptable communication style.
  • Working hours: 2-shift schedule (2X8) – 39 hours per week
