For several years now, ACS has been investing in apprenticeship programs across a range of professions. Today’s recruitment challenges have reinforced our conviction of the importance of training our future employees.
In recent years, and still today, we have had the opportunity to welcome several apprentices working on a variety of assignments:
Antoine has just completed his Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering and Production. He chose to join ACS as an apprentice during his second and third years. Now graduated, he has decided to continue his career within the family business, where a promising future awaits him.
Adélaïde chose ACS for the final year of her apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering and Production, specializing in Innovation for Industry. She is now continuing her studies in Besançon in an engineering program, and we wish her every success.
Axel joined ACS as early as his baccalaureat in Production Systems Maintenance, during which he completed several internships. We were pleased to welcome him back for his two-year Technical Degree
Yann, after an initial internship during the second year of his Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering and Industrial Computing, chose ACS to complete his third year as an apprentice. We are delighted to continue this journey with him as he embarks on a three-year work-study engineering program in Electrical Engineering.
Finally, Hakim, whom we are hosting for his three-year engineering program in Environment and Risk Management at Arts et Métiers. Initially, we were looking for an intern for a few months, but we seized the opportunity to have Hakim with us for three years, enabling us to make progress on a wide range of important topics for the company.
What matters most to us is assigning our apprentices highly practical projects, allowing them to apply their theoretical knowledge. This also represents a valuable opportunity for ACS to address its future recruitment needs.
