Our stamping workshop, a true cornerstone of our history and expertise, has undergone significant modernization in recent months. This strategic department has been reorganized to better meet our customers’ expectations.
A substantial investment of one million euros enabled the acquisition of a high-speed Bruderer press, complemented by state-of-the-art peripheral equipment (decoiler, recoiler, vision system, etc.). The layout of the presses has been completely redesigned to facilitate the work of operators and setup technicians, while strengthening direct supervision by the tooling department.
Led by a multidisciplinary team, this project placed people and performance at the heart of its priorities: improving working conditions, maintaining a high level of quality, and integrating lean management principles to optimize productivity.
After many months of preparation and consultation, the project was completed within just a few days, thanks to the effective support of our subcontractors.
With this strategic investment and successful reconfiguration, our stamping workshop continues to move forward, ready to meet the challenges of tomorrow.
